While Recess provides a variety of snacks and drinks, you may need a meal while you’re here. You may bring in food or order some from the store, but there are some exceptions. Please make sure to keep your area clean. If you cannot respect our space, we will ask you to remove your food or finish eating outside the building. All food must be prepared before arriving at the store.

You must contact the manufacturer to correct the problem if a product contains missing or damaged parts. However, if it is an Asmodee product you purchased from Recess Games, please get in touch with Recess Games.

There needs to be a retailer-specific pledge option and the funding period needs to be open for us to be able to back a game. Please contact us by phone, email, or the support chat with the name of the game and your preferred contact info to move forward with the process.

There are two reasons why you may not be able to add multiples of a product to your cart.
First, there may only be one copy in-stock.
Second, we may set an “order maximum” for each product. If you are interested in buying more than the allowed amount, please contact staff via Discord or call the store at (440) 779-7008.

Your points will never expire. The only time you will see a reduction of points is when you cash them in to use as a reward. There is also no limit to how many points you can save. Save until your heart desires and use them when the time feels right.
When you first signed up with Recess Games’ Rewards Program, you were sent a text with a confirmation link. That link is a direct link to the Recess Games web app, which is the only way you can check your points.
Should you need a new link, please contact the staff on Discord. Utilize the support chat or call us during store hours. Email us if it is outside of store hours.
In-store: Give us your name at checkout so we can attach your account to the sale. This ensures you are earning points on your purchase. Then, let us know that you would like to use a reward. The associate checking you out will access your rewards points and apply your preferred reward to the sale.
Online: When you are done shopping, go to your cart. Above the subtotal, there will be a drop-down menu with the rewards available. Click on any one reward to apply to your sale.
Please note: Only one discount can be applied to each transaction. If you would like to use more than one reward, you will need to split your purchase into multiple transactions.
These are one-time rewards.
